Heavy equipment operating in quarries, earthmoving operations, mining sites and seaports experience continuous wear across critical pivot joints and pin connections. When bores become oval or out of specification, the resulting mechanical play accelerates component fatigue and damages structural housings. We deploy advanced portable boring bar systems, rotational bore welders, and custom mounting setups directly to the machine to re-establish concentricity, restore factory centerlines and dimensional tolerances.

- Machining and installation of replacement grease ports and lubrication veins
